Delbarton Cottage, Accommodates up to 10 Guest

There is a total of 4 separate bedrooms.  The Master bedroom has  2 twin beds and a bunk with queen on the bottom and a full on top. The master also includes one of the full baths. Bedroom 2 has two bunks with a queen on the bottom and a full on top.  Bedroom 3 has two queen beds. Bedroom 4 also has two queen beds.  Each room is private from the other and set up with a dresser and closet.

The living room area has couches for relaxing on after a long day of riding.  There is a flat-screen TV that has Hulu and Direct TV i along with WIFI!!

There is one fully equipped kitchen just like home.  The kitchen has a dining table and chairs.   There is a washer and dryer, just bring washing detergent. 

Amenities include:  AC, Washer & dryer, coffee maker, microwave, Iron 

 Cottage has a fire pit with chairs provided. This cottage has a large FLAT parking area behind big enough to accommodate trailers, vehicles and UTV's." and a nice washing station.
